Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
